How does your shipping process work?


• In most cases your product is shipped out within 24 hours through UPS (1-5 business days). As soon as your item is shipped you will receive your tracking number via email or text!
• We also offer Express shipping which is available at checkout for an additional $35. This shipping method will typically arrive in one business day.
• If you would like to add signature delivery to your purchase for an additional $5 please contact via email or Instagram after your purchase. If you’d like the appropriate adjusted insurance added into your packaging, please reach out via email or direct message upon purchase and we can update insurance to reflect the sale!

We do allow in person pickups and shopping in the North Houston,Texas (The Woodlands) area. Please email or message us to schedule in advance!

Although very rare, We are not held responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered package, we ship in new, modest, plain packaging to protect the contents of your package. We pride ourselves in almost never having these rare occurrences. In these rare occurrences please allow 14 business days for the shipping carrier to ship park their their kinks and possibly get back on track to delivering your package safely!

Do you ship International?


• No, unfortunately due to many of the shipping delays, and customs taxes occurring it is in ours and our customers best interest that for the foreseeable future we will no longer be shipping internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience!

What is included with my purchase?


• Any additional forms of designer packaging that come with your product would be pictured with each item (gift bags, boxes, dust bags, etc.). If you would like to add any of these options to your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you if we have any available! (Additional charge may apply if it affects shipping)
• Each item will also be provided with a printed Certificate of authenticity from ourselves or for an additional $39 a certificate from Entrupy the leading authenticators for designer items! Each authentication certificate is insured 100% by Entrupy. Forever protecting the authentication of your purchase.

 

How are you able to offer your products so cheap and affordable?


• We do extensive hours of our own research and networking per day to provide you with the best authentic products at the very best prices. We use a wide variety of wholesalers, collectors, boutiques, and many other resources. We keep our overhead expenses to a bare minimal while operating from home in order to cut out many of the expenses that inflate the prices of goods!


What is your return policy?


• In the rare event of a return, we have a very strict return policy in dealing with luxury goods. Only pre-owned items are accepted for a return within 2 days of delivery, at a 30% restocking fee or merchandise credit with a 20% restocking fee. Items sold brand new will NOT be accepted for return.
