How does your shipping process work?
- In almost all cases, your product is shipped out within 24 hours through UPS or USPS Priority, FREE. As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.
- If you’d like to add Insurance to any package, we’d be happy to accommodate it at our cost. Just shoot us an email or DM.
- Items above $1,000 will require a signature!
We do allow in-person pickups, consignment drop-offs, and private shopping in North Houston, Texas. The Woodlands area. Please book an appointment towards the bottom of our homepage!
Although very rare, we are not held responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We ship in new, modest, plain packaging to protect the contents. We pride ourselves on almost never having these rare occurrences. Please allow 14 business days for the shipping carrier to work out any of their kinks.
What is included with my purchase?
- Any additional designer packaging that comes with your product will be shown with each item (gift bags, boxes, dust bags, etc.). If you would like to add any of these options to your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you if we have any available! (Additional charge may apply if it affects shipping)
How do I purchase a Certificate of Authenticity?
- No need! Everything comes with a financially backed Certificate of Authenticity!
What is your return policy?
- In the rare event of a return, we have a very strict policy for luxury goods. Only pre-owned items are accepted for return within 2 days of delivery, with a 30% restocking fee or a 20% merchandise credit. Items sold brand new will NOT be accepted for return, and can be consigned in place.
Whatnot items are final sale and should be directed to support@whatnot.com for any further questions or concerns! We are not currently buying goods.
How do I purchase a Certificate of Authenticity?
- Although we offer Free Authentication via the premium 3rd-Party Company Official Authentication, we also allow our consumers to purchase a Financially Backed Entrupy Authentication in the store!
How do you offer your products so cheaply?
- We put in extensive hours of our own research and networking every day to provide you with the best authentic products at the very best prices. We use a wide variety of wholesalers, collectors, boutiques, and many other resources. We keep our overhead to a bare minimum while operating at a minimum to cut out many of the expenses that inflate the prices of goods!
